High-rise residential project - located in South Florida -that expands the public space, and enhances New River boardwalk by allowing the neighboring park to weave into the architecture.
One of the key features of the project is the design of a covered plaza, as a semi-public open space, that enhances the pedestrian experience along the New River boardwalk. It also expands the borders of Smoker Park - a beloved historical site- and connects it visually to the Rio Vista Neighborhood. The design strategy for this building was to integrate seamlessly the different scales of the area and elevating the overall experience for the residents as well as visitors of the area.
I had the opportunity to lead the design for this project, from concept to construction documents. All of it was possible because of the support of a great team.
